Our technical personnel attend ongoing training programs to keep them abreast of service requirements, new technology and advances in communication techniques. Not only are they knowledgeable about audio visual and communications products; they have one other important attribute: They know how to listen. So, if a problem does occur, you know that the Media Cottage technical staff can understand your needs, resolve your problems quickly and have you back in service and on schedule.
Most problems can be resolved via telephone and through remote diagnostics (via the provided modem in your system). However, should a service visit be necessary, most are performed within 24 hours. If you have a priority agreement, the visit will be scheduled on a "next plane out" basis.
We maintain a spares inventory of ALL items of equipment utilized in any system covered under a maintenance agreement. Almost without exception, a call for service results in your system being repaired at the time of the service call. NO WAITING FOR PARTS!
