Should you experience a problem, you can be assured that someone will always be available for calls during business hours to help assess the nature and severity of the problem (no voice mail-jail here . . . not now, not ever!). If not immediately available, a technician will call you back within a maximum of two hours. Any necessary on-site service will be scheduled and provided within a maximum of forty-eight hours.
