Our active involvement in project management through the design and construction phases ensures that projects are successful and completed in a timely and cost effective manner.

BUT, of greatest importance, is our promise TO BE THERE AFTER THE SALE. Should you experience a problem, you can be assured that someone will always be available for calls during business hours to help assess the nature and severity of the problem (no voice mail-jail here . . . not now, not ever!). If not immediately available, a technician will call you back within a maximum of two hours. Any necessary on-site service will be scheduled and provided within a maximum of forty-eight hours.

If your needs dictate even faster response, Media Cottage has several optional maintenance support plans available to meet your requirements.
