Wired For Learning series
to be broadcast on T-STAR

T-STAR announced today that it would be broadcasting the entire "Wired for Learning" series on its satellite network. Each of the six video's will air as follows:
  • Thursday, March 2 at 3:30PM "Taking the Hocus Pocus out of Telecommunications"
  • Monday, March 20 at 4:30PM "The ABC's of Distance Learning"
  • Monday, April 10 at 3:30PM "Frequently Asked Questions about Telecommunications"
  • Monday, March 20 at 4:30PM "What Students Want . . . What Students Need"
  • Monday, April 17 at 3:30PM "Blueprint for Distance Learning"
  • Monday, May 1 at 3:30PM "Seeing the Light"

"Wired for Learning" is the Pillar Award winning multimedia course on distance learning produced by Media Cottage under a grant from the Texas Education Agency. It consists of six video tapes and an interactive CD-ROM, and has been distributed to every school district in Texas.
